Theo’s Things That You Maybe Missed – CES 2012 Ed.

Happy Monday! Is there ever really a “Happy Monday”? Probably the Mondays that you don’t have to work, but unfortunately, I think I might have a “Case of the Mondays”. Oh well, hope you all had a great weekend & Happy MLK Day! CES wrapped up in Vegas on Friday, I wish I could have gone, but I had to work as usual. Maybe next year. UNLV-alum Larry Johnson a.k.a.   • Parrot’s updated iPhone/iPad-controlled AR.Drone 2.0 can now record HD video. Your neighbors are going to love you! (POPSCI)
  • Love 3D, but hate 3D glasses? Sony’s new 24″ & 46″ glasses-free 3D TV’s might be your new best friends. (ENGADGET)
  • Samsung’s 55″ Super OLED (organic light emitting diodes) TV’s will begin selling soon. The picture looks so real, who needs 3D? (SAMSUNG)
  • LG’s new fridge with “Blast Chill” will make sure that you NEVER have to drink a warm beer or soda again! (PCMAG)
  • Nintendo demoed their new “Wii U” gaming system at CES & judging from the video, it looks like a blast! (THEVERGE)
  • Justin Timberlake’s trying to bring MySpace back with Panasonic & MySpace TV, but is it too late? I think I’m good. (MSNBC)
  • “One Laptop Per Child” is an amazing idea/organization & their $100 tablet PC’s will change many lives & futures. Winning! (GIZMODO)
